Embedded Services
Organizations can choose to partner with Silver Lining Transformations and invite us in to work as an extension of your team. In these cases, we will work with you on a part-time basis in your organization to complement your teams and provide ongoing Human Resources and Organizational Development consulting services as required and in the capacity that works best with your business model.
Special Projects
It can be difficult to carve out time for special projects or initiatives when you’re also responsible for running the business and dealing with all the unexpected challenges that emerge every day.
Alternatively, you may just need an expert for a short period of time to execute or accelerate a particular initiative or project. This is where we can parachute in and out as needed to move these initiatives forward for you.
