Silver Lining Transformations was founded by Sheri-Lynne Leskiw,  an ICF Certified Professional coach, with vast experience across all facets of Human Resources and a deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management and leadership development. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.

 

She has held leadership roles in the technology industry for organizations ranging from 30 people to 30,000 people giving her the unique ability to scale her solutions up and down to best meet the needs of any organization. Informed by best practices, she makes it her business to know your business and implement a ‘best fit’ solution that meets the unique needs of your organization.

 

Sheri-Lynne has also held roles outside of HR leading teams and projects within information technology, strategic planning & deployment, mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, business applications and many other areas. This variety and breadth of experience has broadened her perspectives around what it takes to manage a business overall and has proved extremely valuable when partnering with businesses regarding organizational effectiveness and human resources matters.

 

She is passionate about supporting growth and development. Sheri-Lynne has worked with hundreds of leaders in organizations throughout their  leadership journey. She has accumulated over 500 hours of coaching experience and taken multiple coaching courses and certifications in order to effectively work with people, help them achieve greater levels of success and attain transformational results in their life and work.
